MUSIC AND TV IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING AT SECONDARY LEVEL

This course aims to help teachers to use popular music & culture in the design of classroom material. Teachers will use Interactive whiteboards, DVDs and CDs in a multimedia room which actively encourages the use of modern technology in ELT.

All participants should be teaching English at secondary level. Awareness & knowledge of the music and TV interests of their students is also recommended. They should have a keen interest in using
music & TV in their English Language classrooms. Participants should have a B2 level of English.
